Meet the Owners of Faith, Weights and Protein Shakes
Faith, Weights and Protein Shakes began from humble beginnings with a passion for the complete health of people through Mind, Body and Spirit. What once began as a 500 sq. ft building with an office area to sell what was then homemade organic supplements with a back single room used for personal training sessions with one weight bench was the start to what would become Faith, Weights and Protein Shakes. This was the beginning of a vision, a passion, and a love to reach our greater community. Our prayers were answered after God lead us to take a leap of faith and move to a 3000 sq. ft building. We used what little funds we had to humbly grow and expand our vision one answered prayer, weight equipment and supplement at a time to supply the larger community of our hometown Tucson, Arizona. God has been more than gracious as we have had the privilege to witness many lives transformed in our seven plus years in business. We could not have come this far in our mission if it wasn’t for God and all the love and support from our loving family, loyal friends and amazing community.
Our private and locally owned gym is a place for everyone to come and be encouraged and uplifted. It is also a space to fellowship, share personal health and spiritual journeys in a safe and collective environment. We have hosted and judged for the International Natural Bodybuilding Association and train athletes in competing all natural. Our goal is to foster an environment of health for our members and encourage every individual that anything is possible regardless of your age, past, disAbility and current fitness level. We have had the privilege in witnessing our very own members compete in the International Natural Bodybuilding Association and shine on stage while demonstrating to our youth that health and fitness can be achieved ALL NATURAL. We enjoy holding church services and fellowship gatherings in our home and in the gym which makes for an added inspirational environment.
In this next season we are so excited to be sharing our next journey and products
with you all. It is in our hearts to provide supplements that will provide restorative
